When film or additional photography is included, the proposal confirms who will be there, how the team will work and what will be delivered. Film adds movement, voices and sound; it does not need to duplicate the photography.

How many hours of coverage might we need?
A compact civil ceremony may fit within 2–4 hours. A central wedding-day story often needs 6–8 hours. Multi-location celebrations may benefit from 10–12 hours.
Can we book photography without film?
Yes. Photography can be booked on its own. Film is an optional, coordinated addition when it brings something distinct to the story.
How does coordinated film coverage work?
A filmmaker works alongside the photography team with shared planning and clearly separated responsibilities. The proposal confirms the people, hours and deliverables before booking.
Do we need a second photographer?
Not automatically. We may recommend one when preparations happen separately, important moments overlap or travel between locations makes simultaneous coverage valuable.
