Boats, roads and guest transfers need breathing room. We look at photography-related timing early so portraits do not take over the celebration.

Priscila is the founder and lead photographer behind WeddingStudio. Based in Trento, she works across Lake Garda and Northern Italy with a calm, documentary approach.

When film or additional photography is included, the proposal confirms who will be there, how the team will work and what will be delivered. Film adds movement, voices and sound; it does not need to duplicate the photography.

Where around Lake Garda do you work, and how is travel handled?

Subject to availability and the practical scope of the day, we work from our base in Trento and can plan coverage around areas including Riva del Garda, Malcesine, Sirmione, Limone, Gardone Riviera and nearby locations. Your proposal confirms travel and accommodation where relevant.

How many hours of coverage might we need?

A compact civil ceremony or elopement may fit within 2–4 hours. A central wedding-day story often needs 6–8 hours. Longer or multi-location celebrations may benefit from 10–12 hours. We recommend the scope after seeing your draft plans.

Can we book photography without film?

Yes. Photography can be booked on its own. Film is an optional, coordinated addition when it brings something distinct to the story.

How does coordinated film coverage work?

A filmmaker works alongside the photography team with shared planning and clearly separated responsibilities. The proposal confirms the people, hours and deliverables before booking; coverage that includes ceremony audio or a fuller documentary film requires the appropriate dedicated film role.

Do we need a second photographer?

Not automatically. We may recommend one when preparations happen in separate places, important moments overlap, the guest count is larger or movement between locations makes simultaneous coverage valuable.

Can you help with boats, transfers and the photography timeline?

We review the parts of the timeline that affect photography, light, travel and guest experience, then coordinate our role with your planner, venue and other suppliers. The wider event plan remains with the professionals responsible for it.
