Who is responsible for your information

WeddingStudio.se is the controller for the personal information described on this page. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@weddingstudio.se.

WeddingStudio uses the information you choose to provide to respond to an inquiry, discuss availability, prepare relevant coverage information and manage a potential booking.

Information you provide

This may include your names, contact details, wedding date or season, location, photography or film interests, approximate coverage, budget range, referral source and the message you send. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for the inquiry.

How the information is used

The information is used to answer your request, understand the coverage you are considering, confirm availability, prepare a proposal and manage a booking if you decide to proceed. It is not used for newsletter or advertising purposes unless you make a separate, optional choice in the future.

Legal basis

Inquiry information is processed when necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, to perform a contract. WeddingStudio may also process limited correspondence for its legitimate interests in answering requests, maintaining business records and protecting legal rights, provided those interests do not override your rights. Information required by law may be retained to meet legal obligations.

Contact channels and service providers

The inquiry form is processed by Formspree, Inc. Formspree receives and processes the information you submit so it can be delivered to WeddingStudio. Formspree may process data in the United States and states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for this processing; see Formspree’s Privacy Policy and security information for details.

Messages sent by email or WhatsApp are also handled by the relevant communication provider and may be processed according to that provider’s terms and infrastructure. WeddingStudio.se does not currently load analytics or advertising pixels.

Inquiry attribution

If you have given valid analytics consent, WeddingStudio.se may use session storage to remember the first page visited, the referring website’s hostname and campaign parameters when they are present. This information can be attached to an inquiry so WeddingStudio can understand how the request reached the site. Without that consent, the form uses only source information available on the current page and does not persist campaign attribution across pages. It is not used to identify you across sites, and any session copy is removed by the browser when the session ends. The inquiry copy follows the retention rules below.

Access and retention

Inquiry information is accessible only to WeddingStudio and service providers needed to deliver or manage the communication. WeddingStudio keeps it only for as long as needed to respond, prepare or manage a potential booking, meet applicable contractual or legal requirements, and resolve related questions. Formspree retains information according to its published policy and the settings of the WeddingStudio account.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the data-protection supervisory authority that applies to you. To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email contact@weddingstudio.se.
